At DroneTech Mart, we strive to get your RC drones, helicopters, and cars to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Upgrade to expedited or express shipping for faster delivery at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system or by logging into your DroneTech Mart account.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your products.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free. Expedited and express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. DroneTech Mart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@dronetechmart.com.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:
- Contact us at support@dronetechmart.com within 24 hours of expected delivery
- Provide your order number and tracking information
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Customs and Duties
Currently, we only ship within the United States, so customs and duties do not apply. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@dronetechmart.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return Policy.
